I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Fun on the Thames

It was fun by the River Thames yesterday as there's a weekend of Tall Ships and other craft taking place. I stayed on the Island Gardens side of the river as you get a nice view of the Royal Naval College from there. Besides, it was packed on the Greenwich side. Took quite a few pics but deleted most as it was very hazy and overcast and it was hard to get a decent exposure. I might go again on Monday if the weather's a bit nicer, see if I can do better.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....
