Goodbye Darling Dylan

A sad day. Dylan, after many years of service for the RDA, had to be put down yesterday. He had a bad leg and general illnesses that made it difficult for him to carry on and he was looking very poorly by the end. He was the most beautiful and gentlest of horses and I'll miss his so much.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
