Huge Fungus

Found a huge group of fungi when we were in the forest yesterday. I'm going to put them in the gallery so i'll just put one shot in the blog. No idea what it is but the fully grown 'shroom was about 12" tall and about 10" across the top. This is a closed one which was about 8" high.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
