Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Well, today the last branch of BHS closed for good, thanks to those greedy bu**ers who bled it dry. Although not to everyone's taste, it did a good line in basic clothing which everyone could afford, and some very nice home wares. I'll miss it, and Oxford Street, where this main branch is/was situated, will not be the same without it. I hope the staff who've been made redundant will find new jobs and that somehow some of the money that was purloined by, well, you-know-who, will find its way back where it belongs. Goodbye BHS - another high street institution gone for good. Sad

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Fox

Just a record shot of one of my garden foxes showing its teeth. Didn't realise they were so big.

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
