Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Oh no, a new lens is tugging at my purse strings. I've become a bit weary of doing just street photography lately and feel I need a long zoom so that I can have a go at wildlife perhaps. Or maybe I just want to aquire some new equipment. Smile Anyway, after my trip to Kensington Gardens yesterday, where all the interesting stuff seemed to be hundreds of yards away, I decided that I'd get the Panny 100-300m zoom. I don't have anything in that zoom range for either the M43 or DSLR so I think it's worth a try and it's not too much of a strain in the bank department. And then I can take it with me to the nature reserves too. Smile Here are a couple I took with the 14-140 zoom yesterday, but woefully inadequate.

Fox

Just a record shot of one of my garden foxes showing its teeth. Didn't realise they were so big.

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...

Art is Fun

Had a brill day at the Royal Academy yesterday. It's a good year with lots of very good artwork, and some rather dodgy stuff too but that's what makes it so much fun and interesting. Joe Lycett was wandering around talking to people - he's such a nic...
