We have a massive sycamore tree at the back of our garden. It's not ours, but I hope they never chop it down. However, it does shed trillions of seeds at this time of year and my garden gets swamped with them. Luckily they don't sprout, but any signs that they might we pull the seedlings up immediately.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
