I was trying out the camera on my old phone earlier, just to see if I ever thought it might be worth upgrading to a swanky phone with a view to taking pics with it rather than carry around a compact camera. I don't think it's worth forking out a fortune quite honestly, but for the odd snap I was quite impressed with my little Samsung Galaxy S4 mini (now ancient in cameraphone terms). Here's a close up of a flower. Other pics were quite good but I won't bore myself with a whole load.

This is as it was straight out of the camera except for the crop.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
