Poor Frostie

Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Poor Frostie

He's not happy, but at least he's getting medical attention, a lovely warm home and food - if he can be bothered to eat. He hasn't eaten very much at all the last few days but he nearly bit my arm off an hour ago when I hand fed him some nice ham. Mmmmm, I think he's getting me trained already.

Now, if only he'd go to the toilet, but he won't use the litter trays. Vet says it'll happen sometime, somewhere. Let's hope it 's not on my light blue carpet. Smile

A Lovely Day in the Park

The day was lovely and fresh after the storms of the past week, and the air was clean and bright. Lots of families out in the park enjoying the cooler weather.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Fox

Just a record shot of one of my garden foxes showing its teeth. Didn't realise they were so big.

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...

Aw, bless 'im!!............Have you tried different 'litters'? It might be that he doesn't like the smell or texture of the one you've got. Another 'trick' is to place the litter tray in a large cardboard box - to give him privacy!..........Don't laugh, some cats are like that!! Grin

Well ive got cats best which is paper/wood based but so far no luck, and a clay clumping one mixed with some earth from the garden. Unacceptable so far. If i was desperate I'd go anywhere, so i don't know why cats are so fussy! Grin

I hand fed him some ham this afternoon and he absolutely loved that. I'm sure we'll get there soon. All his blood results came back negative, so great relief there. Smile

Years ago we had a gorgeous, second-hand Burmese - he was amazing..........but very demanding. We caught him using our bathroom when he was desperate - though perhaps the sink wasn't the best place! Tongue I did wonder how many times he'd used it without our knowing! (It's a good job the kitchen is a 'no-kitty' area! Grin
