Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Poor Lad

My poor cat Frankie has been in and out of hospital this week as he stopped eating and was losing lots of weight. He's had x-rays, scans, blood tests and, yesterday, a biopsy. Vet thinks it might be lymphoma. Anyway, we're feeding him through a tube every 4 hours to try to get his weight up and stabilise him and hopefully when the results come back in a few days' time we'll know what or if any treatment is available. Poor baby is a very good patient and is taking his feed so well and is, for the first time in his 13 years. using a litter tray. Amazing. I'm so pleased about that.

Thank You. We think it's going to be not good, but we're doing all we can to make him pain free and comfortable.
The joy and sadness of having pets. Sad

Oh poor Frankie - and you! Fingers crossed for a recovery but at least he's comfortable for now.

I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to Ledley - there has been lots of family pets over the years but Ledley is the first animal that is mine, all mine and much as I loved all our cats and dogs when living at home (a million years ago), Ledley is my best buddy Smile

Thank you Alison. Like you, weve had lots of pets, but Frankie is such a laid back, brilliant cat, that he's really the special one. He's dealing with it all so well, never moaning or groaning, just getting on with it. He hasn't had proper food for a couple of weeks now so he must feel very miserable.
Tomorrow's the day we find out what's wrong, but I just know it's not going to be good. Sad
