Had a wander round the National Portrait Gallery today and stumbled across the William Eggleston exhibition. Some good photos, but quite a small exhibition. Then I strolled around the BP Portrait Awards followed by a look at the Flemish masters in the National and, as usual, was very impressed with some of the paintings. I wish I could paint - it must be so satisfying and such fun. Took a walk up to Covent Garden and found cafe and tat culture. Here's a bit of tat. Smile

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
