The Litter Pick

Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Gosh, 1 1/2 years since I've done a blog. I obviously didn't do anything interesting at all during that time.
Anyway, just a snap of the regular litter pick meeting station in our local park. A group of us go out every couple of weeks, all year round, to clear the park. Today was such a lovely day we had a good turn out.

A Lovely Day in the Park

The day was lovely and fresh after the storms of the past week, and the air was clean and bright. Lots of families out in the park enjoying the cooler weather.

Fox

Just a record shot of one of my garden foxes showing its teeth. Didn't realise they were so big.

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...

Our streets are so messy around here. There is a local group that go around cleaning up specific areas. Good on them! and you.

Like most people I can only applaud you all for keeping your area clean. We do the same here in the village.
It is such a shame that modern mentality makes it neccessary Sad

Well done all,
