Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated.
I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".
Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.
The day was lovely and fresh after the storms of the past week, and the air was clean and bright. Lots of families out in the park enjoying the cooler weather.
Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....
It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...
I see a white pony on my weekly Saturday jaunt and it's usually mud coloured apart from a stripe up the belly which obviously can't quite make contact with the mud :)

I've never yet seen a white animal of any description that looks nice and clean. I especially love the white dogs we see over the park who insist on sitting in every muddy puddle and roll around in all sorts of mess. They look so happy. At least cats can clean themselves.
At the moment Frostie has got a yellowy tail (mmmmm :(), dirty ears and paws and a peach patch on his hind quarters. One day he came home covered in blue stuff. You never know what you're going to get next.
But, Alison, I expect Ledley is just as grimey, you just can't see it. :D

Ha - yes - I do like black - it hides a multitude of sins :)
I'd not be able to cope with a white cat as I wear mostly black - it would possibly drive me crackers :)
