Thanks for dropping by. All clicks and comments very much appreciated. Smile

I like documentary and street photography, but a bit of anything else on the side. I tend not to use Photoshop too much, just sticking to the basic adjustments, but sometimes break free to try something "arty".

Thank you for visiting. I love seeing all your photos and hope you like mine.

Year of the Horse

Bored stiff and cold today and I didn't know what to do so I dragged myself into town on the offchance something would turn up. Got out at Leicester Square and discovered it was Chinese New Year! Great. SmileSmileSmile Took a few pics but they aren't too good as the place was so crowded you couldn't get a clear shot of anything and marshalls kept pushing everyone out of the way of the dragon. Meanies! Sad Anyway, I stopped at a tat shop and bought some tat - a gold plastic horse on a red tassel. Well, why not - Alison would've. Smile

I know these pics looks very red, but everything was very red and the sun was shining too.

A Lovely Day in the Park

The day was lovely and fresh after the storms of the past week, and the air was clean and bright. Lots of families out in the park enjoying the cooler weather.

Messing with the Mirror

Thought I'd use my little Lumix 20mm lens for a bit, so just went around the house and garden snapping stuff. I did a selfie in my 3-way mirror so it's here, just for the record. Will try it on some street stuff soon - I'd forgotten how nice it is....

Fox

Just a record shot of one of my garden foxes showing its teeth. Didn't realise they were so big.

Wildlife in the Park

It was all happening in the park. The warm weather brought out a load of wildlife, most of which was moving too fast to snap, but I got a couple. The only slow things were some rather large terrapins who were parked on an unused coot's nest, sunbath...

We've all seen your tassels Alison, and they weren't on a horse. Grin

Smile indeed - and included in a still life pic is the only place anyone is likely to see them!
