Dior 2

By SlowSong
Detail shots from a Dior dress seen at the exhibition. The version is the hemline. I've never been girly (or rich) enough to wear such lovely things, but I can photograph them instead. Smile I left the shots deliberately dark as that was the ambient light inside the exhibition.

Many thanks to Ian, Peter, Jenn and Pauline for their UAs on my previous shot. Much appreciated.

Nice! I'm not girlie (or rich) either but I remember having similar fun at the Bowes Museum Yves St Laurent show a couple of years back. Drama in details...

Would you have bought if you were rich? I suppose more elaborate the dearer it becomes. Well framed.

Something different Chris I love the quirkiness of both images. SmileSmileSmileSmile

Two excellent close-ups, Chris, the version almost monochromatic, and particularly abstract in nature too. But the lead is very well framed, and is the winner for me - it reminds me very much of the costumes and masks seen at the Venice Carnival 👍
