Invading My Space

By SlowSong
Thanks Guys! Just for plonking yourselves down about 5 feet in front of me and spoiling my view you're gonna get your photos taken. Sitting there with your fags. But the lady was very stylish (French by the look of it) so she's forgiven.
V2 - a few moments later and kept as colour.

Wasn't it great yesterday? Lovely and cool, no sun and I got out with the camera for the first time in ages. SmileSmileSmile

And big thanks to NaturesHaven and ChiliMan for their UAs on my cute squirrel pics. Smile

I like the arrangement of all the "twos" sitting on the benches.. Nicely framed & V1 toning for me

V1 for the processing, though the compositions are equally good.
What I find interesting is the effect of one man's body language on the other's. The man on the left scarcely moves, but the change in posture of the right hand man alters his character. In V1 he is straining forward, dynamic; in V2 much more contemplative. And yet he hasn't moved...

Thanks Moira, but the "man" on the right is a woman, as I said in my intro.

Excellently composed candid Chris. I prefer the mono version.

Two very well observed although indirectly images, each crammed with endless scenarios Chris. As for the processing well I personally feel a simple mono conversion would have suffice, as I feel that the sepia or creamtone seems to add age to the image. This is a right here right now image and deserves the simplicity and mood generating properties of good old Black 'n' White

I like V2, the colour of their clothing tones in so well with the paving and well timed for their synchronised pose!

That's just what happens to me - when I'm composing some plonker will come and stand in front of me, and I'm sure they linger that bit longer on purpose! Great candids though, Chris, and think V2's my fave Smile
