Spelling is correct, A Snakeshead Frittilary (fritillaria meleagris).

Very nice capture.

Single t, double l. Snake's Head Fritillary, one of the only flowers I recognise Smile Good use of the shape with bloom and leaf on opposite sides, and I like the vignette.

A very attractive presentation Chris. We have a bunch or these frillittaries come up every year, only this year we have white one amongst them.
