Sunset, Valley View, Yosemite

I was treated with this scene as I was leaving Yosemite in February of this year. I was lucky enough to capture a little light as the sun was setting behind the clouds.

I tried to bring out all the ranges of tones with this B and W conversion. I hope you enjoy, thanks for looking.

I wonder if it could do with a little more water and a little less sky??? Fab image though

Beautiful landscape shot - lovely detail and tones. I think it's slightly oversharpened as there's a line against the peaks on the left, but overall this is a cracker. Isn't that an odd cloud behaviour over the peak on the right - clouds do odd things sometimes don;t they.
