A view from times past

By smartPhotography
Following my last upload, I thought I would have a look through my files to see if I could find any other shots of abandoned buildings. There were a couple and this is one. It's a barn, but for some reason it made me think of a kitchen window and I imagined washing up looking at the lovely view!

Many thanks for all your votes, comments and awards for 'Once upon a time' and to Carole for her mod. All are very much appreciated.

A polyptych, individual frames coming together to create a whole. The two main frames would work as individual images but they combine to something much better.

Really like this and, yes, I can see what you mean about it replicating an old kitchen window!! Love the processing and B&W suits it perfectly.

I remember helping my grandmother with the washing and looking outside a window like this. Wanting to be outside but had to help. Great b&w image.
