Ullswater Boathouse

By sooty 36
Well no doubt this has been photographed many times, and better shots taken than the version i`ve uploaded here. The sky in a couple of places is a little washed out, but decided to upload anyway. I decided to give this shot a slightly different look to it. A slight overtone of sepia was given to give a warmer feel to the shot.

Sorry I`ve been away for a while, but I`ve been rather tied up with other things going on for the last month or so. Thanks for looking and I hope to catch up with you all over the next few days and Christmas period.
Chris

Agree about the sky - but the colour and composition lead the eye away from this.

It definately has a warmer feel, while it's not overdone. It is a refreshing version of the boat house with a lovely sky, colours and COMPOSITION!!

Great shot and colours. I actually drove past this spot after leaving Pooley Bridge in September and thought what a great image it would make, but didn't have time to stop. I think you have done it total justice and produced a stunning photograph.
