Please help by SPARROWHALL
Hi, Willie, thank you for your help. I am not happy with it because feel it's not sharp enough and as you spotted his jaw is out of focus some what. I think because I had also my setting on Vivid which gave me to much magenta. The uploads you did are much better for your help and I thank you for that. I see other photographer's images in dull weather and they seem so much sharper and glosser than mine. That's what am aiming for to take images as good as theirs etc.
regards

Wings by SPARROWHALL
Thank you Bren, yes it looks better now you have done some work on it. It did look sharper before I touched it and uploaded it etc. But the colours were dull and it did have that pop to it which now I think it has now so thank you. I have another image which I will have a play with as you have done here and see how that one turns out

You don't say what the focal range of your standard lens is....? But assuming its the usual 18 - 70mm variety, You may find something like a 70 - 200mm quite useful...... -

Wow, am impressed by your pictures. It lovely to see photos of places near my home town. You put sunny scunny back on the map. I tried to take some of the Humber myself but not a patch on yours.
