Love the shot Tony and I always say "take the shot, worry about it later". Never miss a great image by worrying about the settings being to high or lower, better to get the shot than have no shot at all...

Interesting body language. The way he has crossed his legs suggests he is keeping her out. Had he crossed them the other way, then he would be open to her, welcoming her closer.

The toning is very complementary.
