Panning a surfer ruined by foreground object (cropped)

Lesson learned: When a pro-surfer that you are panning happens to momentarily go behind a foreground object you have to make sure your camera is set so that the autofocus-tracking feature is set to maintain its focus - and not suddenly jump focus to a foreground object.

The other thing to comment on that really stands out is the very nice rounded
.....bokeh on the crest of the wave using the Nikon 300mm f4.... Wink
