water & dust

By Diana
Well, I have been away shooting the Geminids Asteroid shower (which was really nice) and I wanted to make some wishes under those wonderful flying balls of coloured stardust but it rained so it was just water and dust

but then again what else is there ? (numbers maybe)

in response to Astyags comment on my last…. ....when out at night you just become aware of universality of everything, the rotation of the earth becomes palpable, the interplay of light, dark, time, (creative vision) and circumstance can amount to much uncertainty but the pay off for such mysterious unknowings is peace and freedom and initiation into the secrets of the night! (thats it in a nutshell Astyag Smile )

This Church sits next to a haunted Mausoleum which was wonderful and full of the dust of life, I do have a shot of The Dashwood Mausoleum in the inky but preferred this one for now

thanks as always..... (especially for the good company in the inky Wink )..(I'll try n catch up soon)

This is wonderful Diana. The best of all your star trails because the churchyard has come out so well, so spookily toned and sympatheticaly distorted.
Have a Blue Diamond, if you can find room for it amongst all those other awards. Smile

Appreciate it Diana... Nice write up and some good clues
Great work again, as always. Galileo would have extremely appreciated your images as a proof for his theories...The illustration of Heliocentrism at its best. Well done.

oooh!! A Diamond (and a Blue one at that) for Christmas that's just too beautiful thank you Eric

and I did do some spooky toning yes (funny but I keep getting told off for my distortions but I love them so I am glad you do too) I was told "only amateurs don't correct them" so amateur I am I guess... but a happy distorted one at that Wink

Welcome Astyag I liked that you made a me think about it enough to articulate it

I know Stace three prestigious UA's ... get me hey? I'll light paint you some more flutterbies 'n' flowers next year (if you're good) Wink

note to self: make a butterfly stencil that would be cool

Have a nice Chrimbo too xx

Only amateurs don't correct them but artists build them in and let them work their magic... so artist you are. Smile
