VIETNAM 2013 #111

Continuing the slice of life on the Song Cai river on the way to Rach Gia in the Mekong Delta region of Southern Vietnam.

In this photo as in the previous upload, health and safety considerations do not exist in Vietnam. Boats are overladen and passengers ferries overcrowded.

Fascinating image, Jean-Noel, the boat in V.5 looks as though it is somewhat overladen and is about to break in half Wink Carol

Don't think I'd enjoy a trip on the ferry Jean-Noel but your set of images gives us a lovely insight into life in this far off land.

Great set documenting the river traffic, and all captured in fine detail, tones and textures.
Very interesting subject matter with so much to appreciate in each frame.

Stunning scenery... I specially like V2, V3 and V6... Very well seen...
Might sound crazy but it looks a lot like Nicaragua!
