Good portrait, nice light, tones etc. I find her feet a little distracting maybe clone them out or re-crop showing more of her feet and legs, otherwise, a very good shot.
It looks like you used head-on flash (from the catchlights in her eyes) which offers no directionality or shadows. I think it would have been an improvement had you placed the light to camera right shooting down at a 45 degree angle. The composition needs working - I think you either needed to include the hands or crop them out completely. The feet - I think they needed to be included. Having said all this you've caught a lovely expression and there's an overall warmth to this photo. Good luck with the shoot!
