He's gone again!

By SteveMoulding
This female House Sparrow was looking around presumebly having lost her other half. I know from experience, from what my wife tells her friends, that one minute I'm by her side and the next I've wandered off because something has grabbed my attention. Apparently, we men are all the same, but I'm sure it works both ways. Perhaps it's the same in the animal and bird world. The title reflects what she is probably thinking. Shortly after she flew off into a tree and there was a little confrontation perhaps he was getting an earfull.

Thanks for all the C&C's they are all very much appreciated.

Steve.

She's very sweet. I have always loved the markings of sparrows, male and female, despite them being "just wee, brown birds" and your images show this so clearly.

A lovely set of shots with that look of "being lost" so well captured in V1 - like the narrative - apparently the joy of falling out is the making up bit - don't know we don't fall out that often Wink lol Ina
A great shot and story lol
