One Legged Wagtail

By SteveMoulding
Spotted this Pied Wagtail on the path and noticed that he only seemed to have one leg. At first I thought he might just have it tucked up but in all the time I watched him he didn't lower it and walk but just flittered to where he wanted to be. It didn't seem to affect him as he went about searching for he's next insect.

Again many thanks for all your kind comments and votes, my friends.

Steve.

Beautiful color and detail. How sad about the leg! We had a one legged robin around a couple years ago and he fared well also.

Lovely sharp image. We have one of these wee guys in the garden this year, permanently at war with his reflection in the large ceramic pots and the windows!
