Took the Rook.

By SteveMoulding
These Rooks are normally out of reach at the top of trees in their Rookeries. But this chap flew down onto a lower branch within easy view as I was snapping away at a Robin. Presumably to see what I was doing or to have his portrait done. So I took the Rook at his request. The members of the Crow family can be very curious sometimes.

Many thanks for all C&C's I have received since I joined, it has encouraged me to go out and improve my skills. Very much appreciated.

V1 is a real stunner, as I love the detail and tones of the feather colous. It reminds me of the classic model pose, so I reckon this one did indeed fancy a photo shoot!
