Cannon free but not Musket free I see. This is a great shot in the vein of the great shots taken during the real conflict.

Almost too realistic! Great shot of an epic battle to come. Usually a good photo makes me with I was there, in this case, I'm glad I'm not!

I think I was there. It was an AP day out in the midlands somewhere wasn't it?

Imagine being the poor bugger who gets all dressed up only to get shot straight away and have to play dead for the rest of the battle!

Colin it was taken at Weaton Park on a free AP / Canon Day approx 5 years ago. You may also be right about the lens size it may of been a longer lens that far back to remember exactly , I was as close to the action as you could get.

Like the toning, suits the subject. Perhaps if you added some faded edges you could even fool some people it was a genuine old image Wink)
