I just wanted, firstly, to thank you for your offer of a free battery for my Sony rx10 iv - very thoughtful and kind. As you will see from my latest post, I have established that this new camera is faulty, which now gives me the optiion of a full refund or a repair from Next Day Deal. I assume that you didn't have battery issues with your rx10, whilst you had it? Anyway, you've got me now to look at your portfolio - and it is outstanding, without a doubt. I am very envious. Extremely high standard. Well done.
