This was taken in May and it had been raining all day, but it stopped just long enough for me to get a couple of shots. Details are 1/50sec at f/10, ISO 100 and lens set at 12mm. Any comments welcome, good or bad.

Scotland would not be Scotland without the weather, and this brings back good memory's.
I like the arrangement of the rock and how stark the rest of the scene is. Looks like a great place for hiking. And I like the clouds. Haven't seen a real one in a couple of months now...
Absolutely stunning shot!
Cracking Shot Steve
Like this shot. I remember this place just like this.
Great to see Scottish scenery as it looks most of the time... when the sun isn't shining and the sky's not blue it isn't easy to capture anything other than grey and 'dreich' but you managed to capture so many subtle shades
Good shot,nice light and tones.
Good use of the wide angle, nice composition.
love the rock in the foreground, the large version is great, the cottage is just the icing
Love this place, your photo really conveys the size. Especially with that lonely house
Nice composition. Does look typically Scottish. Well captured.
Open the big one up...the detail is superb.
Thankyou for all your comments and for taking the time to look.
