Taken before Christmas, looking back down the hill towards the spot where "The Coppice" was taken.

The sun was going down behind me, catching the dying maize crops to my left and the eastern sky was looking quite good I thought.

The tyre tracks give a great lead in to this image, for once an improvement on virgin snow. Love the light on the snow. Great image all round.

Lovely snowscene with the rich tones of the maize adding that extra colour to the shot, like the lead in as well
