I'm a 23-year-old, currently working as a web designer. I am Dutch, and lived the first 20 years of my life in Holland, but in 2001 I moved to Ireland to start up a business with a good friend of mine. That's where I still am, and loving it so far!

I have been taking photos since I was a little girl. My father is a professional photographer, and my mother is an avid hobby-photographer, so I kind of grew up with it. I remember when I was litte and we went on holidays that they'd lug a lot of gear around, so I was familiar with SLRs, tripods, and various lenses from an early age onwards. My dad bought me my first camera when I was 10, and I've never really stopped taking photos. At around 16, I started using an older SLR that belonged to my aunt on all holidays, and from there on, it grew more and more into a major hobby of mine. In 2003 I finished a GCSE course in Photography with an A, and in September 2004 I started on a 3-year course to get my HND in Photography.
