Oh how I wish we were like Sweden in this. Lovely portrait.

yes - very liberal indeed - just like us Danes.. saw in papers the Queen walking through Copenhagen holding hands with her grandson and grandaughter going for a spot of grandma treats at the toystore ... could you see Elizabeth doing that?? Just a thought...

Cant see our Queen paying for anything. Mind you walking through London or any city is a risk for everyone these days never mind the Queen.
This is an excellent portrait shot.

Thank you so much for commenting on my St Peter Port spires shot .I am just learning how to use my digital camera etc. and my way about this site so it means a lot to me to have an experienced travel photographer make a positive comment about one of my photographs. Your portfolio is very thought provoking and I find this picture intriguing.

Looks very soft to me (probably caused by the resizing). I think it needs the application of some sharpening to it. i took it in to photoshop and ran an unsharp mask of 100, 1 pixel, threshold 1 and it sharpens up well.

Actually, I think the 'softness' is caused by the heavy rain that was falling at the time.
