Oops, I've just spotted that the horizon doesn't seem quite level or is that an illusion created by the foreground on the left?

John I believe it is level, its just the shore line on the left twists it. I was using a spirit level so no excuses if I got it wrong LOL.

Great shot. I love when the clouds part and give the strip of light on the hills. Managed to catch it a few times.

the splash of red light on the mountain top slap bang in the middle of the picture is distracting to me, otherwise a very nice image with beautiful colours.
