To find a "red" and show it eating natural food and not nuts put down to attract it is a bit special. Even if you were clever enough to choose a cone... lol.
I can't fault this shot and will be trying my 40D at higher ISO now as it's done you proud.

Yes the weather, hmm, the colour I am working on, as C1 B runs on my lap top not main PC, so I have to use Canons DPP. The problem is DPP does not give me the Kelvin type WB adjustment I am used to and I need to play.
The noise is not too bad to me as it is more monochromatic and you only notice it in the out of focus areas, so I have a cunning plan to duplicate the image onto a second layer, run a noise filter then erase the main subject from this filtered layer so it can stay sharp. The print fine at A4 and just look like classic film grain.
I will let you know if it works.
