I'm gradually getting to know each of these duck individually, during the course of following this dredging operation for my website.
This young lady has always been reticent about being photographed [she's obviously camera shy].
Today I hid behind a tree and waited for almost 20 minutes for her to come near.
Well worth the wait, in my opinion. Smile

Very well worth the wait, you have a great shot here with the beak reflection meeting up
good eye detail and water movement

fine detail in the plumage and the reflection is spot on
