Early Morning Snow

By strokebloke
It started snowing, here in Northampton, late afternoon/early evening yesterday ~ fine, but persistent.
By midnight, snow still falling, there was a decent covering on the ground.
At about 3am this morning (Sun) it stopped.
I went out at 7:00am, because I love to see virgin snow
I also love to see the snow changing from blue in the darkness to white as the daylight arrives.
This was taken just after 7:00am adjacent to one of our car showrooms on a nearby retail park.
I liked the blue sky/snow. And the white light from the showroom security lights on the right.

Thanks Mick & Anne.
It wasn't anything like as cold as it looked. Prior to the snow on Sat, it was quite chilly, but once the snow arrived the temperature rose considerably. Probably the other way around, but you know what I mean GrinGrin
As a child, I was always fascinated by pictures of polar ice in encyclopedia, which was blue.
