Wolfberg by night

A remote mountain peak in the Cederberg of South Africa. One of the properties of the area is the rich glow from the iron in the rocks that illuminate and radiate light well after sunset. I wanted to capture some of the glow in this image. The foreground was photographed at twilight while sky I waited an extra hour until the stars were out.

Outstanding Image.

For my taste I think I'd have reduced some of the purple/magenta that's going on but it's great as is.

Agree - it's also very soft and appears to have had some messy cloning in the sky.
