Track 'n' Field

I came across this imposing old tree in a field in Northern Ireland.

Whatever way the grass had been cut by the farmer, a set of 'tracks' had been left that immediately drew my eye up the field towards the tree. Hence the title Track 'n' Field. Sorry, I couldnt think of any better titles!!!

A lovely atmospheric capture complimented by a superb sky. Would love to see large! How about that e2 membership? Come on, you know you want to!

the only cropping ive done is to the left of the tree. i wouldve liked to have captured more to the right of the shot.

as for e2 membership eric, i certainly do want to but i cant quite afford it!!! :-(

Stuart, this is well seen and beautifully captured. For a moment I wondered if we had been near the same tree and tracks (see my recent post ) - but that's clearly not the case and your image is so much better!
