Blackrock Cottage

By Sue_R
Not the usual photo of Blackrock Cottage in Glen Coe.

It was raining hard and some of the weary walkers who'd become soaked on the West Highland Way saw it as a good place to shelter for a while before braving the weather again.

The second image shows more wet walkers on the West Highland Way.

We also got very, very wet that day, but still enjoyed our walk and the views.

Many thanks for your votes and comments on my last upload.

Lovely shot of the cottage Sue, despite the inclement weather it still looks great.

A very good duo Sue but as nice as the scenery is, it really isn't my scene on a day like that.

Two super captures here Sue, really shows off the bleak weather conditions. On all but my last visit to Glencoe the weather was like this (supposedly summer!); the last visit was back end of winter - March time - and though cold, was very sunny! Smile
