Lovely colours, great composition Grin
You would think that birds had been simming in this loch trying to keep it open, could be, or gas rising from the bottom of the loch. Whatever it is it made for a nice image Sue, nice find.

That cricle does have a dome like appearance, doesn't it. I think Dougie might be onto something with his theory that it was caused by gas rising from the peat beneath the Lochan. Whatever, it's a lovely photograph SUe.
