Hydrangea aspera

By Sue_R
Took a liking to this Hydrangea aspera sargentiana, which grows into a large shrub with huge velvety leaves, when we visited Inverewe Garden in Wester Ross so we bought one to plant in our own garden. Ours is still tiny by comparison, but it did have two flower heads this year. Hoping for a few more next year Smile

This is lovely, Sue. A most attractive flowering head, beautifully captured (one handed?) with good use of DOF.
