Another image of the Fri Sea cargo ship stranded on the beach at Corpach at the weekend. V2 is an upright version. These were taken at low tide on Sunday afternoon after the unsuccessful attempt to refloat her on Sunday morning.

As you can see, she became something of an attraction, with a steady stream of people walking out to photograph her or to be photographed with her.

Many thanks to those of you who voted and commented on my last uploads.

If I was there I too would out there with camera: two fine shots of this stranding.
I believe that she has now been rescued after that first failed attempt.

Certainly looks stranded in these two shots, Sue! Wink You'd think that rested up like this it would topple over onto it's side. The inclusion of the sightseers really gives a sense of scale to the size of the ship Smile

A great follow up Sue, I particularly like V2.
I Guess Ships are like people sometimes, they run aground even when they know where their journey should take them.
