Loch Awe Sunset

We've recently returned from a holiday in a cottage on the shores of Loch Awe in Argyll, which provided loads of photographic opportunities.

I took this image of the loch while Phil was fishing. One thing I haven't missed since we moved away from Scotland is being eaten alive by midges and they were out in force the evening I took this :-(

Born on the isle of arran and university at Glasgow, oh yes I remember those midges. However They are worth it for scenery like this.

Can't beat a Scottish sunset, Sue! Beautiful.
(When I was there in 2010 with Keith from Photo4x4, we used midges hats a lot of the time!)
