This is the male and he's going to be a very proud Father. She is sat on a super nest and now it's a waiting game for the arrivals. I'm going by every day before and after work. They finally chose a sensible area away from dog's,children and fishermen. I feel very excited to be following their story I hope and pray they will be successful.
Dad should be home today I just hope he does what the Doctor's have told him!!
Have a great day.

Hi Sue
Love the composition and pose of the swan but you have some serious burn out, I notice there is no exposure compensation! You have to use negative exposure of at least two stops or more for this capture, with program AE it is evaluating the whole scene so whites are blown out and then you are unable to get detail back, it would be far better too underexpose and then get back detail, this is far more possible when you shoot in raw.
