Get lower and move to left or right a bit, just a bit too front on for me. Try longer exposure time, say 1 -3 sec to get the flowing of water. Cheers

Nice shot, a bit full-on yes. Do we always HAVE to have 'moving' water? I dunno, but this is okay by me.
