Nice capture, they are truly impressive creatures. I see he is coming in to land as he brings those great feet up from under him.

Great timing and good colours/exposure. Could possibly have done with a slightly faster shutter speed to remove the movement blur on its' head.

This is a beautiful picture, the attitude of the owl is great, well caught. Martins just bought me a Sigma lens so having a go with this now, so much to learn!
