Saturday Shadows/ Silly Sunday

By Sylviwhalley
Thanks for previous c and c's and to Ron (RonnieAG) for the lovely user award. Some more shots taken at Rufford Country Park when we had that lovely weather a couple of weeks ago, I love this smiley wooden sculpture, he is there in the woods all the time, the other exhibits are temporary I believe. I've done a mono conversion in the variants, Not sure if this works for both Saturday Shadows and Silly Sunday, there's a shadow selfie in there too. Have a good weekend.

Well fancy that! I've got a near identical image taken the day after of this smoothly urbane looking cove and was wondering whether to upload it. Delighted to have been pipped to the post however! SmileSmileSmile
A very nicely composed shot with shadows converging on the dragon's den in the background.

Great set, Sylvia, and no wonder he's smiling, with that lovely sunshine! 😀 No sign of any sun this morning, it was grey, dismal and very wet this morning ☔ This reminds me very much of the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, not far from where I live. Does look good in mono, but think colour just wins it for me 😉👍

Works well in mono but I think we need the colour to go with his wonderful smile.

A super set, Sylvia - a place I'd love to visit.
I like the mono version very much indeed - lots of detail of the textures of the wood.
