Barns Ness Lighthouse

Barn's Ness Lighthouse on a bitterly cold New years day. About 5 minutes after this pic we had thunder, lightning, and Hailstones the size of marrowfat peas.
Got soaking wet, even the dog was naffed off.

Not really sure about this shot, don't think there's enough interest in the pic, what do you peeps think?

I like it, Martin - there's a great deal of interest in it : in particular the diagonals which the composition has enhanced. I also like the B&W and grain effects - they work very well. A great image.

Looks great.

The only distraction is the fence post on the lower left...

I particularly like the grain.

Feel sorry for the dog though!

I personaly love it! It looks fabulous in black and white, and i like how the corner of first the wall, and then the building lead upto the main lighthouse tower. Dont doubt your own talent martin!!!

Love the B&W IR effect. Great image. I find the pale objects in the lower right a little distracting though.

Lovely shot, and I think the grain is fantastic, but I find the fence and the newspaper(?) distracting.
